Shipping

We currently ship goods to all areas of the UK. We aim to despatch all orders placed on the same day if ordered before 12:00pm for a next day (signed for) delivery. If for any reason this cannot be achieved you will be notified as soon as possible and given the option to cancel your order with a full refund.

Shipping & Packaging is charged on WEIGHT. You will see a breakdown of the costs below.

Boxes weighing up to 100g are £5.45
Boxes weighing between 101g up to 500g are £5.90
Boxes weighing between 501g up to 1kg  are £7.00
Boxes weighing between 1kg up to 2kg are £9.05
 

Returns

We will refund any items purchased if returned within 14 days of despatch, unopened, in their original condition.

All refunds exclude postage costs, as agreed in our terms, unless a mistake has been made by us. Please ensure that all returned items are well packaged to avoid damage in transit. Any damage may result in a refund being refused. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.We can only refund to the card/payment method used for purchase.We aim to refund you on the same day as the receipt of your returned goods. Please allow 3 working days to clear through the banking system.
